I've had a passion to work for myself ever since I was young, and after starting my own "Pressure washing" business a little over a year ago,  I have found Real Estate to become a very heart driven path for me (Considering I work on houses).

I am passionate about it and have already learned a great deal. 

The rule technically is "2 out of the last 5 years," so in theory you could live in it for 2 years, rent it out for another 2.5 years, and then when you sell you would still be covered under this same exception.I am very passionate about real estate and would be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Traveling has always been a passion of mine, and I'm constantly seeking out opportunities to broaden my horizons.I'm looking forward to connecting with each of you, sharing experiences, and embarking on this exciting journey. 

Gyms are more of a passion project but even with that the numbers are hard to justify.  

I've always had a passion for investments & financial markets and would love to diversify into RE investment for my family.
