@Albert Ng - assuming there was hard money involved, as it likely did, between holding cost of $100K, remodel of $100K, selling cost (realtor fee) of $100K, they need $2.1M ish to break even....So it is likely going to lose money if it sits much longer...

We do not use a management company as we mange our own, but you could try Fetters, though you may have already tried them.

I have houses, with forced air NG, boilers NG & oil, steam boilers and electric radiant heat. 

I am considering the NG only because of the 19th and 20th SFGs and a potential Active Guard Position back home in NYC for the NYS NG.  

Planning to build foundation for a large prop mgmt company that will begin managing for other clients as well, so want to start with software and systems to grow it LARGE and provide great customer service and communication to STR guests as well as mange the long term rentals.
