@Sean Gallagher check the RBP addendum there is usually a clause saying if the property sells that the RBP can be canceled and the services are no longer provided and the charges don't have to be paid. 

Did you go the DSCR route for the refi or did you wait 12 months to do conventional?

Finding a deal that works now may not in 6 months to a few years.

A manager will roughly cost $100-$150 a month to take over a unit (it could be more or less in your market) and manage the units.

If you’re getting ghosted or only getting agents who demand six-month agreements upfront, there are two possibilities:1.You’re talking to the wrong agents—ones who don’t understand or care about working with investors.2.The agents who do work with investors don’t see enough commitment or action from you yet to prioritize you over their other clients.If you were in my market, I’d tell you this—prove you’re worth their time.
