Even in Silicon Valley MFHs prices do not appreciate as much as SFHs. 401K is meant for your golden years often used for a major medical bill not covered by your insurance.So you want to jump in at market peak it will not regroup until next housing cycle facing tax consequence now?

Since then we've had nurses and doctors and such book directly through Airbnb or start the request through Airbnb and then we went offline and signed a lease without paying fees and taxes and such to Airbnb.Does anyone have any experience with other sites?

@Tuan Huynh I have several units that I medium term rent to travel nurses/doctors here in San Diego and in process of renovating and converting yet another...I personally love it...I thought I'd naturally have more vacancy than a long term rental but so far in this first year i've been trying this out, no vacancy yet.
