Why not look at a duplex or place with a legal suite and you can live in one unit and rent the rest of the house? 

I’m curious to hear if you (and others like us) have a law suit case, really anyone that has a tax lien in motion at the moment. 

In 2023 I filed an ejectment suit.

I'll handle rehab cost, management and yearly expenses etc...and would like to build a nation wide company consisting of low income-luxury buy and holds, fix and flips, commercial, development and eventually branch out to vacation rentals as well.  

I currently have two STRs — one is out of state in Florida, but the other I run out of my primary residence out of a mother-in-law suite my partner and I rehabbed in our walk-out basement.

We actually added a few walls to create a primary suite.

Upstairs, the bright master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, There are two other two bedrooms—a queen room and a twin room.

The second floor holds a bright bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, a restful room with a queen, and a comfortable bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full bathroom.

In my opinion is unethical, and if this was a big enough company that is doing this to thousands of consumers then your class action suggestion might play a role (note I am not an attorney), but since we are talking peanuts compared to the amount in class action law suits you are out of luck.

Especially when I compare my property to the other homes in the area because of it's proximity to a luxury golf course, the boarder of Rancho Palos Verdes (a high-end neighborhood).
