Based on my own research and more importantly nearby comps, they'll expect a shower system with body jets, rainfall head etc and I don't mean one of those panels that has all that on a single panel, they want a luxury shower!

We are leaning towards testing the waters for putting it on the market even though originally it was going to be a long term buy and hold.

No matters how good their test results were, you woukd want some body who already has experiance to do that operation.

And there is not much out there because is program is small and I saw one that leaned negative unfairly by someone who never even worked with Paul McGraw or his program.I started working with Paul McGraw and his team just over a year ago and I’m amazed at how wonderful real estate can be.

Research.Stop following the crowd and asking strangers on the internet and lean into what you already know.

Thank you so much for that information I really appreciate the help I was told I would have to wait until the property has its own tax number I wouldn't be able to split the parcel until 2025 because no construction loan wants to be a second lean on a property is that true 

The best way is to lean on other real estate investors!
