There isn't much ego involved in it, it's not the big leagues and by no means is it a hill to stand on.

The 100+yr old properties are not just built better then modern standards, there leagues beyond, like comparing a monster truck too a tonka truck, the difference is that vast. 

With this many people, this might be a syndication and regulated by the SEC --- don't call me a fear monger, just putting it out there since anything involving the SEC is way out of my league.
