they usually say stick it in the bank.. so you can offer them a nice return above bank CDs and on an asset they already know and like etc..

I did with with mine and pay myself back interest included but I don't if that's an option your plans offers.

Well we listed it for sale - got a few offers, but nothing good enough to really pursue.
