And find out after 9 or 10 years that your making a great income with plenty of referral business and doing quite well.Or, you could really hate it, see it only as a means to and end, work only minimal hours, cut corners, run from the phone, don't respond to inquiries immediately, treat clients like bags of groceries.

@Jamar Arbelo Be on time for bill pay, do not pull high credit amounts 30%-50% of the credit (if you have $10K limit on CC use only 25% or less), do not open and close CC/accounts all the time, do not get inquiries for new financing all the time, and do not have any late payments.

I've found that giving people a lot of information up-front gets me more qualified people calling/emailing me.I also put a sign in the front lawn, but have found that online advertising usually gets me the most inquiries from the kind of people that I'd most like to rent to.
