Not Understanding “Household”Household means “the individuals living together and how they live together.”

If they aren't doing much business/volume, they will send you a nice looking term sheet, and you will go through hell trying to get the loan closed.

You will get a ton more business, and their fees are easy to make up for...

Maybe the owner of a plumbing business. 

But guess what, rates WILL drop in the next few months/years and most markets will explode after that IMO.If I had 25K I would look into B or B+ (specifically with schools above 5 greatschools rating, and moderate to low crime rate confirmed by heat map and frequenting businesses there) areas within 25 minutes driving distance from my home for a SFH. 

My business partner and I just opened up our property managment company in the Chicago/Chicagoland area and it is not easy to do this the "right way".Honestly you can get yourself into some serious trouble if something happened with a tenant, an injury, anything and they sue and find out you don't have a license.

I am a co-host in Dallas and Waco, TX and I have an idea of what types of owners and properties I want in my co-host portfolio----and with each client/property I learn which qualities are working for my business setup or what qualities I need to be working on to upskill.
