I know that was some attempt at humor but it is a bit out of place and illustrates a level of immaturity on your part.

I'm sure Joshua Dorkin is gonna love to hear that and it just illustrates how important BiggerPockets is becoming in the real estate world.

So let's say for illustration purposes that your mother is an owner of 1/3 of this property; in that case, you might have to pay transfer taxes on 2/3 of the imputed value.
