@Shayan Sameer If you can service all debt and property expenses and have money left over then I'd say it's worth it.

Has anyone used RABBU to market their short term rental for sale to potential buyers?  If so how did it go?

It really does depend on timing of being put in service, that bonus it qualifies for (if any) and the life cycle of the elements that can be advanced. 

When I looked into IRA accounts, I found that it didn't do service to my situation.

For a so-called Christian hosting a Christian Ministry and makes us get up at 6am on Sundays for his sermons, he sure doesn't practice what he preaches, but instead is a cover up for getting rich.

As soon as a tenant fails to pay rent, you can file a complaint without waiting 30 days or issuing a separate notice (unless your lease requires one).That being said, it could be a waste of time/fees to run to court because tenants in NJ may come even on rent (even after you win the eviction case) and then they won't be evicted: “The tenant shall have three business days after service of the warrant for removal to pay all rent due.”

I am a long-term investor, but I also provide services to long-term investors, so my advice is biased toward that option.  

Her RE Office put together a "Service Referral List".   

The available Labor force will shrink dramatically and the cost of services will increase for landlord and other industries.
