It was harsh but I'm really fed up with this tenant's lies and destroying things than denying them.   

Later in that same thread, I proposed a less harsh scheme: Its good these agents are independent of the purchase transaction.

Often times, a new person will not understand this and will just do whatever it takes to save a dollar.Had they known that you already do closing duties for yourself and others then they probably wouldn't have responded so harshly.

Some other common things to get it ready to sell are I would be painting over any harsh colors (Pinks, Purples, Aqua), if it is the spring time adding some flowers with color, having the place professionally cleaned.

I think you guys are being too harsh.

Some people time flips by mistake to then sell at winter time and nobody wants to move in certain areas where the weather is harsh.

I think often times people are too harsh on realtors.  

When I do that, people tell me I'm being harsh.

@Matthew Paul I understand if its ground zero by all means she should stay home and I'm not familiar with the city so use your best judgement but i just hope everyone who works at the hospital doesn't decide to stay home because than anyone who needs the hospital would be in a a lot of trouble but use your best judgement and im only so interested in the whole topic because baltimore has always been an interest to me... i drove through many times going down south and stopped for lunch a few times...Also i would consider some of the leaders of the groups of looters (if there organizing lookouts and conspiring these "strategic looting and scattering throughout the city") terrorist.... its a harsh word but really thats what they are by some standards taking advantage and using fear or terror to there advantage..... and WTF are they looting from a CVS??

MI winters are harsh and it is difficult to attract people there.
