@Angela Yan Yes to both of your questions = )  We plan to use it as an investment until our cash flow is sufficient to reach financial freedom, which should be in the next 2 years barring any global real estate meltdown. 

Local bank/ credit union qualify you and the loan on a global debt service ratio which means the property and you need to debt service the loan. 

We use CSC Global they have most counties in the U.S. and allow us to record electronically like a title company. 

They are more desirable locations that attract global capital. 

Global warming has occurred before, and so has global cooling, and humans survived just fine right through it, with limited knowledge of the world.

A comprehensive review if you will.While I got valuable information and knowledge while typing in literally hundreds of search queries and terms out on google related to global real estate markets, hotspots and real estate trends, I found that to be an extremely inefficient way to acquire expertise/knowledge because many search results repeat themselves over and over and that lacks focus.
