I have not, but as a licensed broker I would recommend listing on MLS which will post it to Zillow, Realtor.com etc. 

The old owner unfortunately locked his tenants into $800 leases which scared away some buyers before he listed.

On line look for property listings that aren’t in the auction list by county or city.  

So Augusta, GA is one of the locations that has been on the top of my list.  

We do want to settle in a little bit here while continuing to do our homework, but hope to get into something in the next 6-12 months.With the way interest rates are looking now and what little I see on public listings, I think a smaller multi-family that needs a little rehab would be the best bet. 

We are also listed on AirBnB and Booking.com, and both of those are fine. 

Forgot to mention:knowing the rental laws and having a solid lease is a must--a level 10.I love @Drew Sygit post and list! 

Another fun fact is that Detroit was listed as the #1 appreciating market in the country 2023.
