@Isaac Agbolosoo I believe they use Yodlee to grab transactional data from banks, a service that many other financial software uses (Xero, mint...).

and now I have 3 licenses 3 bonds and 3 separate insurance policies.. you have to pay a fee for each license BUT there is no test.. its just over the counter.. its a money grab by our state and they are trying to protect sub contractors I think as well.
