Ok, this is where you find out that you are a small potatoes investor in a big big machine.

I wiped down the walls with a vinegar/water solution, sprinkled baking soda and vacuumed 3 times and purchased an Ozone machine from Amazon and ran it for 24 hours.

Any recommendations on advertising that has been fruitful in finding new leads?

There was food on plates left around the living room, fly strips hanging from the kitchen light, fruit snacks on the carpet, and the toilets/showers looked like they had not been cleaned in 6+ months. 

@Frank Wolter Great example of the American dream i.e. what fruits of your labor can produce.

The building has needed work for years and is the victim of deferred maintenance as the owners treated it like a cash machine instead of an investment.

What you're talking about is a machine replacing humans performing rudimentary tasks.

I have GOT to figure out how to make this happen - it looks like an incredible profit machine.
