Hi Kayla, Sorry you are going through this.Without context on price point and other factors, it's hard to say definitively what the exact best course is, but I have seen investors off-load properties like this by seller financing.

I know there is a huge shortage of housing and that has driven up price in the past couple years (along with other factors such as the pandemic, population growth, etc) so, I see listings for 2br-1bth for up to 2200 on places like Zillow, Redfin, etc.  

Damage after deposit, legal charge, skip out, unpaid utilities lists go forever.... and of course eviction process takes at least 60~90 days here while lawyers are asking $600 to just start with the case.
