I have bought a property that was in a blanket loan type structure, closing was delayed because the lender and seller couldn't agree on how much should be given to the seller in cash and how much should go to pay down the note.I have since drifted away from looking at the blanket loans to the cross-collateralized options and heloc's.

I just put down new bamboo floors that click (Floating floor) and if there was not enough room on the edges of the room for the floor to expand and contract then it makes the floor buckle like that.
