I wouldn’t get too caught up in this question because real life experience is way more important than fancy framed certifications and degrees, but I do think that a really good IFREA will have some form of education above the high school level needed to get your real estate license.

That's why bank buildings are so fancy lol.In a lot of OH towns, I'd imagine $30k is enough to buy outright or put a large down on a seller carry or TIC.  

But homes they have shown you first they have (insert some fancy term for first dibs in being your representative in buying the home with you).

Nor is it a passing fancy.

Just the same as you pout the washer and dyer in the contract or if you want fancy light fixtures to stay.

If you stick to that and don't try any fancy stuff, you should be fine.

I suspect it is simply a fancy way of saying what most of us just call title insurance.
