Hello EveryoneI'm looking to buy a standard lot which is a buildable (as far as county says) has it's own address, is zoned single family.The wetland on it is isolated and there are many houses around the lot, the neighborhood is established.Seller has a permit from Florida environmental protection, allowing to build a SFR with a plan to keep part of wetland on the backyard.

That said, it's certainly enjoyable when you set it up right to do it the way we did it since we got to enjoy living in a nice single family home on a large lot with relatively light foot prints from the travel nurses - they are out working most of the time.

You might want to partner with a developer that does volume and has lots of resources at their disposal.Most grocery is not 40,000 sq ft but much bigger unless LIdl or ALDI type footprint.
