@Jose QuinonesIf it was me, and I never wrote a commercial lease, I would engage a commercial broker and let them write up a lease for the unit.

I am currently watching lots of videos and attending webinars when I can.

We see so many Youtube videos with instructions on how to do self-closings/seller closings, and this saves a significant amount of money. 

@Annette Eck I’d send a complaint to the real estate board and the agent’s broker, especially if you have video proof that the agent is giving lockbox code to applicants, not present with them.

It's about, in my case, doing something I love, creating a community that I can also learn from, and leaving a legacy for my six kids and their kids. 50 years from now they're gonna see my videos on money and finance.I think it's all about a person's passion, and helping people leave their W2 is a lot more exciting to me right now than closing a deal.

I’ve been reading and watching videos for months.

I have begun engaging with several agents on available properties, while at the same time, trying to put the structure in place to support my future acquisition. 

Speaking engagements at these events can give you a great platform to showcase your tech and its advantages.

My only thing is I’m looking to position myself in a way that encourages them to engage my ad to begin with.

I know it'll take more than 1 postcard sent out or one call made and I know I need to make multiple "touches" over a month or two to truly get engagement.
