Think about it like this - the customer pays for all the doors and windows, for let's say $30,000.

I don't have a ton of properties but are now up to 5 properties 7 doors and for us it has taken anywhere from a few days to a month to rent out our properties. 

In addition to that, though, there's several other LTR markets that offer pretty decent returns (6-8% ROI with $250+ cash flow per door is possible) for what you typically see in Florida, without accounting for appreciation

My overall goal is to buy enough doors to supplement working full time so one day I can focus full-time on becoming an entrepreneur.
