I like the idea of ditching Facebook...

I'd need to ditch my girlfriend...She's not into relocating much.

So we fixed the grading around the back of the house and then had to dig a ditch 6 feet deep along the side of the house to channel the spring water away from the basement. 

I am holding my rentals till the next bubble around 2023.Some tips:1) Keep 10% in gold and dig in a ditch.

If you have done your home work your rent should include enough maintance  cover  replacing the carpet after 8 years of service. when this tenant leaves ditch the carpet and put in laminate flooring.

I'd ditch the borrower and the current occupant, foreclose, and clean up the mess, even though it might take longer because the borrower may continue to fight in court or file BK.

There is also a culvert dumping onto the lot that the county denied was their doing, but it's connected to the culvert from across the street, as part of the storm ditch.  

I would really love to ditch my previous job to be a REA as I believe I can earn more, learn more, and also enjoy work more. 

I can't necessarily ditch work to go to a M-F training. 

As a last ditch effort, see if the listing agent is willing to lower their commission to get the deal done.
