They are usually cheaper than Home Depot or lowes with great selection and dimensions if you need that.

Had this been a SFR of the same dimensions and materials it would easily appraised for $160,000.

The upstairs hallway is a good idea though as long as the dimensions of the house would support a standard width hallway.

My suggestion is to know your dimensions, have range of acceptable colors and look for remnants.

Also, the price is contingent on the tiles and finishes.Take dimensions and go to home depot kitchen and bath desing.

Simply a one sheet floor plan with individual dimensions will suffice.You don't have to be a draftsman or architect and hopefully someone will enjoy this practice.

- Dimensions of the crawl space (l/w/h)- Floor and wall material (dirt, concrete, block, etc)- source of water- how long has it been wet (if you know)- whether wood joists, insulation, other materials got wet- presence of contents- means of ingress: location, size, indoor/outdoor- presence of mechanicals (furnace, water heater, etc)
