I did not do a lot of the ~decorating~ that you sometimes see in Airbnbs.

Accounting for all the services, putting together furniture, decor, etc takes a lot of time and supervision if self managing, especially long distance. 

3% vacancy seems really low.What about internet, landscaping, snow removal, advertising costs, furniture, sheets, decorations, Matresses, business license, etc etc.

I just don't want to furnish and decorate the house if I'm not able to AirBNB.

This was a turnkey property, but I did update the furnishings and decor.

And I would think one could also put metal siding on the containers to decorate it up.To be honest, I don't know what I'm getting into.  

I think you will be more successful in the investment if you get lots of advice from local home decorating professionals, real estate agents, and others that deal with home buyer's needs and desires.
