@Bobby Paquette, someone had asked about this group a while back and I will say, there is a lot that scares me about this company.  

You just want to make sure your paperwork is solid. we went with a company that specializes in writing them called creative tc. https://creativetc.io/

probably a wholesale company.. get a second opinion from a local RE agent so you dont get hosed.

So true my Dad started a company in CA in 1980 called Cal Wrap the all inclusive DT had just come out and we only wrapped PRIVATE MORTGAGES  never bank mortgages.

To the insurance company they will view an STR differently than a LTR.  

We had to wait a few more days due to the title company needing to get documents together.
