Hey @Dean Attali or @Matt Altrich,I'm starting to take a look at PM companies and came across M&M Property Pros.

But as someone who’s been in the trenches of real estate investing for almost 30 years, I continue to see some flaws.Some of the flaws I have witnessed are when tech-driven companies seem to lack backing from experienced underwriters or seasoned real estate professionals.

However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships.

Big players like Ford, GM, and even tech companies are betting on Detroit.

I am a district manager with a company called Build 2 rent, and i live in Cape Coral.  

If I put all of my eggs in one basket (Florida in this case), paid off property and a hurricane blows everything away, FEMA is nowhere to be found and the insurance companies take years to pay what little claims they actually do pay, I suffer through it in a blown out house.

It has to be sold prior to dissolving the company to clear the debt against it and free up cash.

Ike, there are plenty of great property management companies in Atlanta but you still have to check behind them.

Your property management company can help once you own the property but up until then you need someone good on your side!!!
