How do y'all find your clients in need of this type of funding?

This process is done immediately if there is an asset they can show....the wrap note that is an asset.One of my coaching clients is selling his personal residence like this after he gets done with his forensic loan audit so that he can downsize.

I have a client from CA that I buy properties for in the Kingman AZ to Laughlin NV corridor and yeah.

I used to work in finance and we could get clients approved for a HELOC in less than 24 hours which will be much quicker than the cash out finance.

That is actually still challenging enough, as many clients have told us - in hindsight they were glad we talked them out of a full-blown rehab.

They have always been there when I needed to ask a question or work on a deal for a client.

Hi @Michael ElliottWe have financed about 15 STRs in Encore for a client and I have another friend buying the second largest unit and the largest lot there.

At our firm (tax advisory) we are offering a service to help clients with this and we expect many tax/cpa/law firms will as well.
