I have 1 cleaner that cleans one of them and another cleaner that cleans 4 of them.

Does anyone have any recommendations for cleaners and handymen in the East Valley? 

If you don't see a dry cleaner, liquor store , hair care or something else within 5 miles go after that aggressively by contacting businesses nearby in those areas.

If ANYTHING goes even slightly wrong, make them think it’s a HUGE deal, apologize, tell them you’re going going to have a long chat with the cleaners, offer gift cards to local restaurants, etc.

Thank you to everyone that posted on the subject, I do truly believe that yall saved me from being takin to the cleaners.   

We would rather clean it ourselves rather than hiring cleaners to come in to and just charge them for our time to clean the house. 

Because cleaner or less rehab properties would be less riskier in terms of rehab estimation.

I would ask him to call a cleaner and get it cleaned now if he wants any chance of someone else wanting the apartment.

You can buy a professional carpet cleaner for around 5k.

In the REOs I deal with, it's much cleaner for there to be 2 realtors on the deal and there is a disctinct "class" of the listing realtors and the buyers realtors in town.
