I would still check on the availability and pricing of a secondary cleaner in the area though - always want to make sure mom can take a reservation or two off if schedules don't line up for some reason!

As a host, I would include the propane as an amenity almost..always have an extra because sometimes the cleaners do not check how much propane is left in the tank after every turnover.

I could also Airbnb it as an eco house as I will make sure air quality is optimal and buy organic mattresses but I'm not sure if Hagerstown would be a potential vacation destination.

In addition, the value add is cleaner in under writing for commercial residential.
