The park was built shortly after dirt was created, and the sewer lines are made of clay. 

Really old parks may have clay sewer lines which are now leaking and can get you shut down by the municipality.4. 

A quick google map view shows what appears to be a bunch of development (lots of CAROLINA CLAY)  right there at HPU.

OK, I am convinced that porcelain is better than the cheaper red clay tile for rentals, but what about for your own residence, assuming you're going to be more careful with the floors than renters would be?

My fuel tank is about 15 gallons, so I use three quarters of a tablet each time I fill it up.
