If they , their dog, their child or a guest do damage then they foot the bill for the repairs.He stated he was working on the lot and as a result a window was damaged...he pays.Get the work done and bill him for the cost (do not take it from his deposit).

There is a child series trust for each property, but only the Mother/Umbrella trust is the one which has an EINIn your opinion, neither the properties I owned in my name prior to marriage, or during marriage (my name only due to ease of signing) are an issue when I do a 1031?
