Cheaper does not mean better.

Hi Dawn, sent you a PM.Scottsdale is definitely a good place to be in if possible but there are definitely other areas you can get into for a cheaper price point in Mesa, Glendale, Tempe, etc. 

The average age of the number 1 single family home owner is greater than 2010 and less than 15 years old and they are now building homes new construction and owning them. the exact opposite of your strategy. older homes are the cheaper ones and unless you have experience I'd build in columbus close to downtown. same reason Toledo and Cleveland don't move the needle and there aren't 100 institutions in those markets. columbus is barely on the radar. 

For example, someone told me I can get cabinets replaced by going to Lowes and they will install them cheaper?

I am not sure why people are saying Buildium is expensive when it is cheaper than QBO Plus.My client went from QBO Advanced to Buildium with my suggestion and I helped him it setup.

My repair work would not be any cheaper if I called a handyman to do the little stuff.  

We could have actually gone cheaper on insurance, but thought this quote had the best coverage & was still very reasonable. 

I hired a handyman to do all of that work which was cheaper than going with an electrician and a contractor. 

West Chula Vista because of the bay front redevelopment and because it is the only market I am aware that near the bay or ocean is cheaper than inland.  

Today I might have the lowest rate, tomorrow, someone will have 1/8th of a % point better, then the next day you might find another one that's the same rate but slightly cheaper.
