Aside from beer and food, I your expenses should be pretty minimal at UPT. 

,Some food for thought. - Mortgage credit inquiries are not a concern, nor do they have a "hard" impact on your credit.

We were told it would be a "process" and were told to remove any and all food, cooking products, plates, glasses, pots, pans (anything we cook with or eat on) from the kitchen until the problem was taken care of - approximately 2 months!!

I had to throw out the food in my freezer and the owner refused to cover the food.

Plus I just love the Mexican food east of 45 and I need an excuse to get over there.

(I argue Downtown Detroit is underrated in the food category) 

They provide housing, food, transportation, etc. 

@Edison ReisHomeowners are allowed to cultivate up to 4-plant, what Tenants are allowed to do will depend, to some degree, on what amendments / interpretation of the Residential Tenancies Act in your province.We updated our leases over a year ago to add cannabis to our prohibition on cultivation of any crops (food, tobacco, cannabis or commercial) within buildings.
