I’m about to expand my student rental business and am looking for rockstar contractors

Hi @Ashley MillerBanner Elk is a great place for STR due to the busy summer season, ski season, and fall leaf color season.

I don't really need to know much else about someone - if they can't pass this test, why should I believe that they will be able to run a business that will generate cash?

I've since closed down to focus on other businesses and run my own STR's.

I’ve seen folks pivot their plans quickly if they discover one city has friendier permit processes than another.And yeah, the Phoenix area has some really down to earth investor meetups, from what I’ve heard, that can help you level up fast.What aspect of the business are you most excited to tackle first.. managing construction, or scouting out those under the radar leads?
