I asked him all of the questions that were in Brandon Turner’s book, I think it’s called the guide to rental property investing.

While reading Brandon's book I have created my first process that I am going to work consistently to find a lead to purchase more homes in the area. 

@Matt Wells the book I read before becoming an agent was “Sold” by David Greene, and I definitely suggest reading it!

These guys know every trick in the book...I would say if you can't afford that extra 20% then you shouldn't be doing what you're doing.....unless as Account Closed said, it's a very small job, or you have some experience in the field.

After reading that book I had a road map and decided to become a licensed agent in 2020.

The House Hacking book is excellent.
