When I meet someone new who could be a potential client whether it be residential or investor should i be adding them to a certain group in my phone as well? 

I'm a wholesaler doing the majority of my deals out of Oakland County and I was wondering if there are any active rehabbers/buy and hold investors in Oakland County that want to be added to my cash buyer list.  

I just thought I'd share this new technique which can be added as "clever way #8" in Brandon's article!

Parents plan: My plans plus complete kitchen gut, new trim, new doors, remove fireplace to accommodate a new half bath and walk-in pantry(that one isnt as straight forward as it sounds because a beam had to be added to support the load and the entire house had to be re plumbed to add the bathroom!).

They don't file for you but they will watch your books and let you know when something should be added for a deduction.

If one of them is stupid enough to give their name to the process server they will be added as a defendant and named (and have an eviction in their name).
