Would probably only incorporate if my app never goes thru; I just submitted the additional documentation and its so weird their hotline only seems to allow a caller to talk to a live person ONLY if they are calling to report someone contracting without a license!

Some familiar names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each app online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

Yes there are plenty of MTRs on apps, also corporate housing a la Avalon (used to be Oakwoods - that's where they parked us film students from out of state back in the 2000s - the place was flooded with kids in Jan), and pilot season is mostly dead, but I feel that this market would always have a few folks coming in.
