If its a HOA, thats fine, but its all in the wording of the association, if it says Condo Association, its a no go, if it says Home owners Association, its perfectly fine.Just curios, has anyone else heard of this?  

It seems like as long as they qualify as renters and it's a house we don't mind selling that it's pretty much a no brainer for us.We do own it free & clear.

If there is a "no subletting" clause you can't.

But if you're single, studying and can buy a property you could also rent out to other students, it's a no-brainer to me.

Then I would say this one is pretty close to a no brainer.
