We directed people to apply for food stamps, Medicaid, and in cases where there was a disabled relative who was receiving nursing care at home, but teetering on needing admission to a nursing home, that they could apply for paid relative care from Medicaid to keep the relative out of the nursing home. 

Like others have said if I get 0ne idea it was worth the price of admission.  

My total costs were less than $1,000, and $500 of that was just to settle one of them without admission of anything because that was cheaper than paying my lawyer another $2k to begin preps for trial.

But, only written repair requests are admissible in court if they sue me and lie, trying to claim there was some repair I never completed (well, per my lease...).
