Do you have a Market Dashboard and comp set?

Hey all -I wanted to share a cool project I’ve been working on the past few months - my STR Performance Dashboard.Here’s a link to a quick video walk through displaying the functionality of the dashboard.

Over my short, but successful time as a real estate professional I have accumulated a dash board of websites that help make my job easier, whether its networking, running comps, looking for properties, tracking down investors or finding sellers.

If I can see their posts buried inside a crowded dashboard full of stuff I couldn't care less about.  10 month old blog posts, huge picture things of the podcasts, the webinar or a random post. 

Hopefully allowing me to become a home owner (finally).I'm actually building a data dashboard to help answer my own question of what the price to rent ratio is in some cities of interest to me.

I would suggest creating a market dashboard on the software for the North FW/Haslet area.

It is an excellent tool for managing multiple properties since it can monitor all of them from a single dashboard.

Use the dash board to uncover tons of good information and of course  listen to the podcasts.
