@David S.When reviewing deductibles and premiums, I look for the deductible where the premium reduction is negligible when you go to the next deductible above it.

Currently we are seeing STR owners posting for sale due to reduction in prices they can get per night and the vacancy rate increasing.

Look at the FED, they keep hinting at 3 rate reductions this year... crickets.

But the power of a house hack is not from the cashflow after you leave, its in the immediate reduction of living costs you get while living there and the incredibly low down payment options you can use.  

For many who might not necessarily be "looking" for more work they might not be investing in any kind of marketing and word of mouth is going to be the best way to find them.But 100% agree with @Corby Goade on this one, treat them like kings and queens because they are DEFINITELY worth their weight in gold. 

With that said, a good PM is worth their weight in gold.
