In some areas, the zoning states that no more than two unrelated people can occupy a property.I'd work as a greeter at Wal Mart before I'd have a tenant living with me.

She could probably get a better return by simply putting that money in the bank.On the other hand, if she has some inside information that the property will be in great demand in the future (like Walmart will desperately want that property in a few years), then she may be a genius!

Or are you talking closer in towards Johnson Ranch on Hunt highway by the big tree(the only one on hunt highway, I always use that as my Johnson Ranch identifier) by Walmart?
