There are groups that coach unqualified / problem renters in this type of fraud.

This isn't Vegas, the average house here is over a million dollars, three times what they cost in Vegas.

Also, once you open and LLC and obtain an EIN, look into getting Buiness funding right away and use that money for coaching and what else, instead of your own money!!!

They do offer a mentor and coaching program but there's no obligation to buy!

In Vegas I wouldn’t even bother with an inspection, but especially not of a 4 year old home.
