It's like working in McDonald's as a teenager! 

I have had teenagers run down the corrider between my buildings breaking windows.

and just in general the affilitation of teenagers in schools there with gang activity in my opinion, evidenced by graffiti with strange names.  

My primary inspiration is my two teenage boys -- they inspire me everyday to become a better version of myself. 

Almost like handing the car keys and credit card over to your teenage child as they head off for a wild night of fun.

They both are smart kids and the big words/concepts will be a good discussion for all of us.I am planning on opening an account at a brokerage firm for them invest their own money and let them pick the stocks, but I want them to read about the stock market.Does anyone have a good recommendation of a book(s) that they had their kids read or is simple enough for a teenager to understand?

I forgot I was in my late thirties with a lot to lose and acted like a teenager.

It sounds like a lot of work but I really only do this once all other info is verified and I would otherwise approve, plus on FB a ton of times I am able to disqualify someone QUICK when the teenage kids are throwing gang signs or they've got all sorts of Illegal photos, which happens often.

That is until they get cornered, poked with a stick by a teenager, played with too aggressively by a toddler, etc.
