I am a new investor & would like to know that how often builders abuse this clause as it is very hard to argue and quantify if builders keeps on claiming the price has increased by 5% every 2 months during construction process.

This man has also been head of the HOA for many years.This is upsetting for two reasons: (1) because our tenant is a good person that doesn't deserve to be mistreated, and (2) that this abusive neighbor is going to drive good tenants away, affecting the value of our investment.
