I personally am not a fan of "old" (1920's year built) properties because they may have obsolete wiring, plumbing, windows, foundation problems, etc....yet they can have charm and are often in great locations.

If not, and no other factors (like in a bad area, where a lot of things might get thrown up on the roof; the foundation is moving a lot; ... ) effect it, then bi-annually or when you think you need it should be fine.Feel free to reach out to me/us any time.

They often don't do what I'd call "the best" inspections, if you know what I mean, but this is especially disconcerting because the home sits on a slab foundation.

Assuming the MH's are not permanently attached on foundations, those are considered personal property, not real estate.
