In my experience, If you have better than average units/location/reviews/photography, then pricing software will lose you money in the long run if you simply apply their suggestions to your calendar.

A good flip where everything is repainted and remodeled, and marketed properly with pro photography, is typically nicer on the eyes and gets more competition and tends to sell quicker, within around 20-30 days.

However, If you are inclined to purchase the condo I would consider more creative revenue streams like short/medium term rental (possibly higher rents), or curating the space for photography, podcasting, etc.
