@Greg Dickerson hit the nail on the head with respect to the fund of funds.To add to this, what I suggest is that you approach this issue from the soft side, which means building and maintaining strong relationships with your investors because, at the end of the day, they are your investors.

I just see where it's headed. 

**light goes off in head** - maybe that's why all these "guru's" are working hard trying to sell training rather than working on deals.

Delivery time was to be at noon .The crew he got to install them showed up at 7 and was told to remove ALL the old windows , get a head start .
